FocusBurst Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover your use of FocusBurst by Tomorrow's Code.
What is FocusBurst?
FocusBurst is a micro-focus timer app designed to help you build consistency through short, manageable focus sessions.
Using the App
You're Free To:
- Use the app for personal or professional purposes
- Download it on multiple devices
- Share your progress/stats publicly
You Agree Not To:
- Try to hack or reverse engineer the app
- Abuse the IAP system
- Do anything illegal with the app
In-App Purchases
Lifetime Pro - $5.99 One-Time Purchase
What You Get:
- ✅ Custom durations (1-60 minutes)
- ✅ 4 daily focus reminders
- ✅ Premium haptic feedback
- ✅ Dark mode themes
- ✅ Priority settings customization
- ✅ Lifetime access to all future Pro features
Important:
- This is a lifetime purchase - pay once, own forever
- No subscription, no recurring charges
- If you reinstall the app or get a new device, use "Restore Purchase" to get your Pro features back
- Price may vary by region (Apple/Google set regional pricing)
- All sales are final (it's $5.99, let's be reasonable)
Refunds
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their standard refund policies
- Generally, you have 48 hours to request a refund
- After that, refunds are at Apple's/Google's discretion
- Contact Apple/Google support directly for refund requests (we don't process them)
Restore Purchases
- If you reinstall the app, use the "Restore Purchase" button in Settings
- Works on all your devices with the same Apple/Google account
- Never expires (it's lifetime, remember?)

You can use FocusBurst forever for free and get:

- ✅ Session logging with notes
- ✅ Daily streak tracking
- ✅ View your session log
- ✅ 1 daily reminder (4pm)
- ✅ Basic haptic feedback
No credit card required. No account needed. Just download and use it.
Limitation of Liability
We built a simple timer app. It helps you focus. That's it.
We're not liable for:
- How much work you get done (or don't get done)
- Lost sessions if you uninstall the app (restore purchase works though)
- Bugs or issues (we'll fix them, but no guarantees)
- The quality of your focus (that's on you)
- Any indirect damages (you get your money back at most)
We provide the app "as-is". If it breaks or doesn't work, we'll try to fix it, but we're not legally liable for damages.
